The work we do in helping professions can be deeply meaningful and fulfilling, while also carrying moments of heaviness, complexity, uncertainty, and isolation. I aim to offer a supportive and compassionate space where all parts of that experience are welcome.
At the center of my approach is relationship. I believe meaningful supervision and consultation begin with trust, authenticity, and the experience of not having to navigate this work alone. My intention is to walk alongside you in a way that feels collaborative, attuned, and supportive of your growth, capacity, and unique way of being in practice.
Our conversations will be guided by your needs, reflections, goals, and the experiences arising in your clinical work and learning journey. Depending on what is needed in the moment, I may move between the roles of consultant, mentor, teacher, collaborator, witness, learner, and, always, at the root as a fellow human.
I hope our work together creates space for curiosity, reflection, accountability, vulnerability, and ongoing learning. I value openness to questioning old patterns, making mistakes, deepening awareness, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Great supervision holds space for every identity, every story, and every silence — because the clinician who feels truly seen will help their clients feel the same.
