In this intimate online circle we will explore the power of vulnerability, authentic expression and belonging as well as gain an understanding of the foundational therapeutic elements of the neuro-affective-relational model (NARM) to support ourselves and others in healing from complex trauma. Useful for everyone.
No prior experience or training needed.
Join a supportive community and network with individuals on their own unique journey.
Course Overview
This circle is invitation to reconnect with the Earth, your body, and your true self. Through ceremony, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and trauma-informed guidance, we will walk together through the elements — grounding, releasing, feeling, listening, and reclaiming.
Each week offers a ritual theme, rooted in nature-based wisdom and supported by integrative tools and ancestral remembrance.
This is a space of slowing down, truth-telling, and soul nourishment.
All identities, bodies, and lived experiences are welcome.

- Relational, trauma-informed support throughout
This course is for you if you are:
- In recovery from trauma or seeking deeper soul healing
- Struggling with addiction and would like to reclaim your capacity to reclaim yourself, break free from your adaptive survival or numbing out patterns.
- Longing to reconnect to the Earth and your body
- Longing for ritual, stillness, and sacred space
- Ready to reclaim your voice, gifts, and truth
- -Open to exploring healing in a non-clinical, ceremonial way.
