Alchemy of Wholeness Circle​

An 8 part series - Weekly Saturday Circles - November 9th to December 28th, 2024
In this intimate online circle we will explore the power of vulnerability, authentic expression and belonging as well as gain an understanding of the foundational therapeutic elements of the neuro-affective-relational model (NARM) to support ourselves and others in healing from complex trauma.  Useful for everyone. No prior experience or training needed.

Some things to consider...

1. The cost per session comes out to $40.00 for 2 hours. That's $20.00 per hour!
2. There will be structure but also spaciousness for our unfolding & Co-created Alchemy.
3. There will be reflective practice invitations between sessions.
4. To assist with integration, you will receive one 30 minute follow-up session to check in at the end of the 8 weeks.
